I have known Dakshini for the last 7 years - she was the one who handled my H1B visa applications and all my green card paper work. It was great working with Dakshini and her office staff because they pretty much handled all the paper work involved with all the applications and all my employer had to do was sign on the dotted line. They were extremely prompt in all the filing they did. Would definitely recommend Dakshini for any one needing any form of visa or green card paper work. Cant wait to use her services again for my citizenship paper filing.

Dakshini Law Office took my case and built it strongly by adding supporting documents. I was not able to submit my client letter because of client's company Policy. Since 2005, I have used Dakshini's firm for my H1B, H1B renewal, and my permanent residency application. In all instances, they have done a thorough and professional job.
Last month, after five long years, I got my green card. Dakshini's firm did an excellent job every step of the way during the process. Specially, the way Dakshini worked closely with the HR department at my company was commendable. My company, though it's a national company, generally never does GCs. Dakshini walked them through the process. It really helped me focus on my work and not worry about my immigration issues. Moreover, she never nickel and dimed me for advice. She is always accessible, very reasonable with her fees, and has my best interest in mind.
