Ms. Sanjam K. Sohal

Ms. Sanjam K. Sohal is an Attorney licensed by the Supreme Court of Texas and has been admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. She is a member of the Texas State Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). Ms. Sohal is also a Certified Mediator specializing in dispute mediation. She received her Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D), Cum Laude from Thurgood Marshall School of Law at Texas Southern University in Houston. Ms. Sohal also has a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice with a minor in Political Science from the University of Houston, Texas. In addition, she received her Post-Baccalaureate in Paralegal Studies from Rice University, Texas. Ms. Sohal has over 10 years of experience in Immigration, focusing on employment and family-based petitions such as H-1B, TN, PERM labor certifications, I-140, I-130, Adjustment of Status applications, Naturalization, USCIS RFE’s and notices of intent-to-deny, DOL Audits, and Immigration Motions/Appeals. She now represents clients before the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), the Department of Labor (DOL) and Department of Homeland Security (DHS). Ms. Sohal hopes to help individuals seeking sound immigration advice and offer them a tailored plan to best achieve their goals.
